User training

Administrator training
We’ll show your administrators the important settings, so they can make major changes themselves and keep things running smoothly. Among other things, the focus is on system settings, e-mail settings, postmaster filters and the generic agent.
Developer training
You would like to make your own adjustments to the OTOBO/Znuny/OTRS source code and, ideally, even program your own add-ons? We’ll show your developers the basics, the composition of each system, the debugging and packaging of your own extensions. This requires programming experience of the participants.
