Install the OAuth 2.0 add-on on your OTRS system

1. Log in to the Efflux portal or sign up for free.

2. Add the OAuth 2.0 add-on to your repository.

3. One-Time: Install the Efflux Repository on your OTRS.

4. Open the Package Manager in OTRS and select OAuth 2.0 for installation.

Description

Enables receiving emails (IMAP and POP3) via OAuth 2.0 authorization (RFC 6749). Supports Microsoft Azure/Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and other/custom authorization servers.

The IMAP & POP3 protocols are supported via OAuth 2.0
